📑KYB/ KYC

Once you've registered an account on Swap.space, you'll encounter the KYB/ KYC interface. After completing this process, you'll gain full access to your wallet and can use it normally.

Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. First of all, choose "Institutional" if you're a company or "Individual"

2. Fill out the form with your company's information for the KYB or fill out your personal information to complete your kyc:

Clarification regarding "KYB": - Specify your company’s business sector, such as forex, Gaming, Web3 ..etc.

-Upload your company’s trade license and then click "Submit".

3- Once you've submitted your information and documents, the status will change to "Checking", you can follow up with our support team by clicking on "Contact support team".

4- Fill out the form to be contacted by our team.

5- After contacting the sales team, your application will be reviewed and, upon approval, you'll pass the KYB/ KYC verification process.

Upon returning to your back office system, click on "My wallet" to start using your wallet.

Note: If your application is rejected, please follow up with the sales team to determine which information needs to be revised.
